Texas employment at historic high, but jobless rate is up

The Dripping Springs City Council unanimously voted to set the ad valorem tax rate for the 2023—2024 fiscal year, adopting the voter approval tax rate of $0.1778 per $100 valuation.

The Hays County Fire Marshal’s office notified the community that the countywide burn ban in the unincorporated areas of the county was lifted, effective at 11 a.m. on Oct. 5.

Mathnasium of Belterra recently celebrated its grand opening with a lively ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 28, sponsored by the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.
