Hays County Criminal District Attorney Kelly Higgins announced yesterday that a Hays County grand jury concluded its review of the November 2022 shooting incident involving Hays County Deputy Mohmmad Zaqzouq. The grand jury did not return an indictment in the matter.

In the Nov. 8 general election last year, Dripping Springs ISD voters did not approve any of the propositions included in the 2022 bond referendum. Now, a version of that same bond may be back up for election.
