Thanks to the Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau, locals and visitors alike will have multiple opportunities to familiarize themselves with the wineries, breweries and distilleries in the Dripping Springs area with the second annual Dripping Springs Brewers Festival.
The Dripping Springs Brewers Festival, scheduled for March 25, will run from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. and showcase some of the Hill Country’s most popular brewmasters and brews. Attendees will receive a keepsake tasting mug, as well as tickets to sample several of the area’s most popular craft beers. Additional highlights include live music from the Jankey and Monte Good, plus a variety of food options.
This year’s featured breweries include: Acopon Brewing Company, Family Business Beer Company, Suds Monkey Brewing Company, Twisted X Brewing Company, Vista Brewing, Jester King Brewery, 12 Fox Beer Company, Beerburg Brewing, Bell Springs Brewing, Fitzhugh Brewing and Ghost Note Brewing.
Two tasting options are available: a $25 wristband includes 8 tastings, and a $40 wristband allows unlimited tastings. Wristbands can be purchased online at destinationdrippingsprings. com/beer. Participants must be 21+ and provide identification at the event in order to pick up their wristbands.
Those under 21 years of age are allowed at the festival, but no children's activities are planned.
The event will be held at 311 Old Fitzhugh Road in downtown Dripping Springs. Free parking is available, and on-leash dogs are allowed. Event will be held rain or shine.
