Shop Small Saturday will conclude this Saturday after a week of supporting and shopping at local businesses.
Shop Small Saturday is an event sponsored nationally by American Express and locally by the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce. It takes place annually on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, immediately following Black Friday. The purpose of the event is to promote shopping locally and keeping dollars in our communities.
In Dripping Springs, the event extends beyond just one day: this year, from Saturday, Nov. 26 to Saturday, Dec. 3. Those wanting to participate can shop at any local brickand- mortar Dripping Springs area or Chamber member business.
To win prizes for participation, shoppers are encouraged to bring their physical or digital shopping receipts from any local brick-and-mortar merchant to the Chamber office at 509 W. Mercer Street. Entries can also be submitted via email with your full name and phone number to [email protected]. One entry per person. All entries must be in by Monday, Dec. 5.
Shoppers will then be entered into drawings for several gift card giveaways, including a grand prize drawing worth at least $250. All entrants 21 and over will also get a free prize just for entering (while supplies last).
No ticket purchase is necessary to participate.
