Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals celebrated its 5th anniversary with a ribbon cutting ceremony last week, sponsored by the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Dripping Springs Elite started in 2016 with a small group of local realtors meeting to discuss not only the special nuances of helping clients buy and sell Hill Country real estate but also the growing challenges of the industry. The group then launched into an alliance of 25 individual brokers and agents in 2017. At that time, 67% of all homes in Dripping Springs were sold by agents who didn’t live or work in the area, and many buyers and sellers were negatively impacted because of it. This was the driving force behind the formation of Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals: a collaboration to strengthen the Dripping Springs real estate market and improve services to those buying and selling in the area.

The 2022 Membership is made up of the following agents: Edith Austin, Stacy Bass, Kim Burke, Bill Cafferata, Alexia Dauterive, Michelle Diegle, Melanie Fenelon, Chris Frickel, Josh Friedman, Cody George, Mica Gutierrez, Crystal Horton, Carlisle Kennedy, Lisa Little, Mauricio MacGregor, Steve Mallett, April Mayo, Gigi Jacks-McClaskey, Amy Paczosa, Stephanie Pope, Melissa Roberts, Letisha Scharff, Betsy Smith, Gary Steele and Ashley Tullis.

Eligibility for membership in this elite group requires agents to meet a high level of yearly real estate residential sales, occupy an office in Dripping Springs and focus more than 50% of their yearly business within the Dripping Springs community. The goal of the group is to offer the highest level of service to clients as well as a vast degree of expertise in all the intricacies of buying and selling properties in a rural setting.

The Dripping Springs Elite are engaged in many areas of the community and have intimate knowledge of what the projected growth and issues are for Dripping Springs.

Dripping Springs Elite’s founding principle is that clients deserve to be represented by a knowledgeable, experienced agent who will help them buy or sell with the smoothest transaction and best financial outcome possible. With their professional alliance, they offer expertise, synergistic networking and a dedicated commitment to those in their community. Learn more at www. drippingspringselite.com.
