Anna Marie Freeman passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, June 11, 2022, graduating to Glory at the age of 92. Born February 20, 1930, in Nutley, New Jersey, Anna moved to Dripping Springs, TX, in 2014.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Anna’s life will be held at Sunset Canyon Baptist Church in Dripping Springs, on Sunday, June 26, at 2:30pm. Anna was a faithful church member. She also loved to garden and became certified as a Master Gardener in Hays County.

Anna is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Walter Freeman. She is survived by her sons, Geoff Freeman of Geneva, OH and Tod Freeman of Dripping Springs; grandsons Matthew Freeman of Cleveland, OH and Jordan Gnipp of Conroe, TX; granddaughters Jackie Freeman Vetter of Anaconda, MT, Sarah Joy Freeman of Austin, TX, Adele Freeman of Seguin, TX, Olivia Freeman of Playa Grande, Costa Rica; and great-granddaughter Evelyn Gnipp of Conroe, TX.
Anna will be laid to rest in the Columbarium Wall at Phillips Cemetery in Dripping Springs. A limestone bench engraved in loving memory of Anna will be installed nearby, around which friends and family are welcome to place flowers and mementos.
