Newmark Homes debuted its newest model in Headwaters with a ribbon cutting last week, bringing its total number of communities in the Austin market to four.
Newmark Homes boasts a nearly 40-year history with a strong reputation and is among the nation’s largest homebuilders. The company built in the Austin area for over two decades before ceasing local operations in 2009 when the company transitioned from public to private. After a decade-long hiatus, Newmark Homes returned to Austin in 2020 with Shay Brinkley as division president.
Currently selling on 50-foot homesites, Newmark’s featured model home is the Artisan plan, one of 11 offered floorplans. The two-story, 2,567-square foot home features a two-story entryway and an open floor design on the first floor. The chef's kitchen features ample counter and cabinet space and flows to the twostory family room. With a game room and media room standard and the ability to convert into a five bedroom home, the Artisan plan has been a popular choice among buyers in the Headwaters community.
Newmark also offers distinctive floor plan offerings in Lakeway’s Rough Hollow and Austin’s Provence and Easton Park communities. In 2022, Newmark will be entering several additional communities and introducing several Houston designs to the Austin-Dripping Springs market.
