This is not just a charcuterie board; it’s edible art.

Partners Maria Camacho and Andrew Wainscott began dedicating their time to charcuterie boards during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to spend their extra time. They found these boards to be a kind of art: one with the capacity for detailed personalization, one that could be crafted to fit any occasion. The two created Never Board Charcuterie not long after, serving friends and family and their various functions. Now, the business is going public.

“We’ve been working on this since 2021, but it hasn’t been fullyestablished until now,” Camacho said. “It was really kind of thrown on us. Before, we were doing it more for friends, but we wanted to give back and build more of a community.”

Personalization is tru ly the focus for Never Board, she said.

“Within the [Hill Country] area, this was something we didn’t see a lot of,” she explained. “We wanted to create charcuterie boards geared specifically towards the individuals we make them for. There are a lot of added little surprises.”

Each charcuterie board is created custom — with the person, event and atmosphere in mind. Never Board makes boards for every dietary allergy and preference, including vegan, vegetarian, glutenfree, lactose-free and nutfree options.

“If I’m creating something for you, I’m going to try and learn as much as I can about you to find something personal to you,” Camacho said. “One of our more popular boards was for Valentine’s Day. It had edible hearts, engraved initials and things you wouldn’t even think edible.”

Never Board charcuterie boards are available at every price point, and delivery is available.

“We just see it as a new, added fun," Camacho said. "It’s something I hope will help the Hill Country by filling a need, giving value and meaning, the little details.”
