Dreamland Dripping Springs has announced its first ever music and arts festival: DreamFest.

Dreamland Dripping Springs has announced its first ever music and arts festival: DreamFest.

Dreamland, an outdoor entertainment, recreation and arts venue, will host DreamFest on Saturday, May 28. The familyfriendly event will take place from 11 a.m. to midnight, featuring an extensive music lineup and a variety of musical genres. Musical performances include Bob Schneider, who released his latest effort, In a Roomful of Blood with a Sleeping Tiger, last year; multi-award-winning blues singer, songwriter and guitar player Carolyn Wonderland; and Austinbased Del Castillo with a rock, Latin and blues blend. The lineup also features Sir Woman, Austin Music Awards’ Best New Act of 2020; bilingual Latin-folk musician Gina Chavez; Beat Root Revival, a multi-instrumentalist roots duo originally from the United Kingdom; Irish singer-songwriter Pat Byrne; Austin-based country artist Braydon Zink; Dripping Springs progressive country and southern rock group Wyatt Weaver Band; and one of Austin’s newest emerging acts, Calder Allen.

Attendees who want a more exclusive experience can purchase a VIP package, including access to a private bar backstage, complimentary drinks and cocktails, complimentary appetizers and a free round of mini golf. DreamFest will also feature an artisan market — to run during the event. The market will offer a curated selection from dozens of artists of various mediums.

Festival attendees will be able to enjoy Dreamland’s regular attractions, including an outdoor art sculpture garden, beer garden, miniature golf course, disc golf course and pickleball courts.
