Mountain Gateway recently partnered with the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce to host a ribbon-cutting at its international headquarters. This gathering marked an opportunity to celebrate Mountain Gateway’s presence in the community and highlight its growing global impact.
Mountain Gateway has called Dripping Springs home since 2013. Founded by Britt and Audrey Hancock, the organization exists to recruit, train, place, and pastor missionaries around the world. The ribbon-cutting gave local leaders, friends, and community members a chance to learn more about the heart behind the ministry.
The Hancocks, who served as missionaries across Latin America - including Paraguay, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Mexico - now lead a growing team committed to sharing the Gospel and discipling leaders around the world.
Today, Mountain Gateway’s work stretches across Latin America, with a vision to reach every continent. Its ministry work includes house church discipleship, leadership training for national pastors, rescuing children from sex trafficking, drug rehabilitation programs, and more.
In addition to its fieldwork, Mountain Gateway also equips ministers through the Mountain Gateway Academy - a 10-month ministry training school designed to help students persevere in their calling. The ministry also leads Wilderness Intensives in Montana, where it facilitates opportunities for participants to encounter God through backpacking, leadership development, and intentional discipleship.
