He’s a four year old German Shepherd mix. Below is his bio and attached are some photos of him. Thank you as always for helping to highlight our pets!
Although Vito has not been with us for too long yet (only two months), we are shocked that he has not received much interest. I mean look at him!
At four years old, Vito loves everyone he meets and has even had good interactions with kids. We don’t want to make it seem like he is easily won over, but from what we hear, he will do pretty much anything for a snack or some pets. At PAWS, he is known for his leash manners, which made him a fast volunteer favorite. He recently went on a day trip with one of our volunteers who reported that he not only did great on their fivemile hike, but walking past other dogs and strangers did not bother him at all. (Good boy alert!)
And although this fetch champion loves his humans, he can be selective with his doggy friends (though he does have some!) and should not live in a house with kitties. If Vito seems like the perfect fit for your home, reach out! He promises lots of kisses!

Hey, I'm Zevi First thing about me, I talk sometimes. I'm deaf and have vision issues, which means I might vocalize when I'm confused, so an apartment might not be the best fit for me unless your neighbors would be interested in amateur opera hour. I'm not your typical snuggly pup, but I do love car rides and enjoy wandering outside to soak up the weather. I'm house-trained if you keep to a schedule, especially after meals, but I don't walk on a leash and I prefer being carried if needed. I'd appreciate having another low-key dog for companionship, not for play, just for comfort. Howdy, I'm Eras Everyone who meets me says I'm a cheerful and happy boy who loves life. I enjoy car rides and walk well on a leash, so I'm great for apartments because I'm quiet and wellbehaved. I can get a little excited around small dogs, but I calm down quickly and I love meeting new friends.
I'm smart and really good at learning new tricks, so I'm a pretty fun friend to have. I'm neutered, vaccinated, housetrained, and hoping to find a loving foster or forever family who will love me and care for me.
