Lady Tigers soccer team makes playoffs

Prior to their final game with Westlake, both soccer teams were hoping for a win and a berth in the playoffs. Westlake shutout both teams, defeating the Tigers 4-0 and the Lady Tigers 3-0. Those results eliminated the Tigers by relegating them to fifth in district. They finished the season with an 8-8-3 record.

The Lady Tigers were a little more fortunate in their loss. They finished fourth in district and a spot in the playoffs with a 6-5-1 record. Now they are having to wait on a 25-6A playoff to determine their Bi-district opponent. The game will be played during the spring break week.

Both the Lady Tigers JV teams finished third in district. JVA (8-4-1; 6-4-1); JVB (10-3-2; 6-3-1).
