The final round of voting for the Chamber of Commerce Star Awards is underway, and will close on Feb. 26. The awards give the community a chance to show some love to individuals and businesses who have greatly impacted the Dripping Springs area over the last year.
Awards will be presented for Business of the Year, Non-Profit of the Year, Outstanding Customer Service, Up & Coming Business of the Year, Businessperson of the Year, Hometown Hero and more. Funds raised from the event are used for programs such as professional development, community outreach, business development and advocacy.
Star Awards winners will be revealed at the Star Awards Celebration on Thursday, March 6. The event will be held at Dripping Springs Distilling.
To be eligible for an award, a nominee must 1) Be an active business/ business person serving the Dripping Springs community; 2) Demonstrate support and service to the DS business community; and 3) Except for Hometown Hero, finalists must be a Chamber member in good standing.
