Featuring local furry friends eligible for adoption & looking for loving homes!
Baxter • Male 3 years old Rat Terrier mix
I'm a super happy boy who loves people and gets along great with most other pups, though I'm a little shy around bigger dogs I don't know. I adore my humans, always craving their attention and love to tag along wherever they go. I'm house-trained, good in cars, and enjoy gentle walks to keep my legs strong - they're a bit wobbly, so I'm not your typical energetic young dog. I'm all vaccinated and heartworm-free, ready for a forever home with maybe just one or two small dog friends.
I'd be perfect for a first-time dog owner or in an apartment, promising lots of love and loyalty.
Emilia • Female 14 years old Dachshund
I'm a sweet, older Doxie lady looking for a new home. I've always lived with the same people, so this change is a bit tough, but I'm trying my best. I like my space and prefer not to be handled too much.
I get along with other dogs by just ignoring them, and I enjoy sitting in laps or curling up in my bed when I feel safe. I recently had a dental procedure, and now I feel much better. I'm good on car rides and walks, though I'm not very cuddly yet. I need a calm, patient home with adults or older teens who understand I'm not the energetic type but will warm up with time.
