Wrestling season underway

Coach Joe Kirksey continues his development of a strong wrestling program, both boys and girls. Their first major tourney was a trip to the

2024 Cinco Ranch Big 12. The girls finished in fourth place and the boys fifth. Coach was very impressed with the accomplishments of the girls because most of them were first year wrestlers. He thought the boys did well too but were hurt overall by a few athletes having to miss the trip. As most probably knows, wrestlers compete in divisions according to their weight.
