Locals and visitors alike were able to familiarize themselves with the breweries in the Dripping Springs area during the inaugural Brewers Festival this past weekend.
Destination Dripping Springs hosted the Dripping Springs Brewers Festival on Saturday, March 26, from noon to 5 p.m. at 311 Old Fitzhugh Road. The event featured almost a dozen local breweries and their brews, as well as live music and a variety of food options. Attendees were given a keepsake tasting mug, with which they could sample several of the area’s most popular craft beers during the festival.
“Destination Dripping Springs wanted to highlight the importance of our local brewers and their contributions to Texas breweries,” said Pam Owens, president and CEO of Destination Dripping Springs. “They are a vital part of our local economy and make a significant impact on the growing tourism industry.”
