YouRestored held its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 20, celebrating one year of serving the Dripping Springs community.
Launched in June 2023, YouRestored is a collaboration among three healthcare professionals, offering aesthetic and wellness services with a compassionate, respectful, and welcoming approach.
The philosophy of YouRestored focuses on embracing natural beauty, utilizing rejuvenation, and helping clients return to their best selves.
The practice provides guided medical plans for weight loss, including the use of semaglutide and tirzepatide, aesthetic treatments for body and skin enhancement, and rejuvenation therapies, as well as wellness products.
YouRestored emphasizes client safety by ensuring a dedicated doctor and trained pro-fessionals lead all services.
The practice is led by Medical Director Dr. Michael 'Ryan' Esmay, who moved to Dripping Springs from Arizona.
“I love the Dripping Springs area and feel privileged to be part of this amazing community,” Esmay said.
Dr. Esmay is a boardcertified family medicine physician with experience in urgent care and hospital-based emergency rooms.
“I became interested in the aging process and reversing the clock as I began getting older myself. My goal for my clients is to provide them with excellent care and even better results,” Esmay said. “I want to help my clients look and feel better about themselves while maintaining a natural, well-rested appearance.”
Jennifer 'Jen' Stierwald, a mom, wife, and registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience, is another key member of the team. Stierwald has spent most of her career in the surgical suite, specializing in plastic surgery and orthopedics.
“My experience in plastic surgery inspired me to go back to school and become a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA),” Stierwald said. “This advanced degree required me to complete 200 hours in complex cosmetic surgical procedures with some of the most renowned plastic surgeons in the country. I still work as an assistant at times. I enjoy both the partnership with the surgeon and being able to use my special skill set to make an incision beautiful.”
Paula Esmay, Dr. Esmay’s wife, is a certified body contour specialist with a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and 10 years of experience in cancer research.
“As someone who has struggled with my own body shape throughout my entire life, I fully understand that what you see in the mirror can deeply affect how you see yourself,” Paula Esmay said. “For many of us, a healthy lifestyle and exercise aren’t enough. It’s amazing to be able to offer a non-surgical option that specifically targets problem areas. Each treatment is tailored to your own needs and goals.”
