Brow Sugar Permanent Makeup and Piercing Studio celebrated one year in business with a ribbon cutting last week, sponsored by the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.
The ceremony on June 6 recognized the joint venture by coowners Trisha Bailey and Jennifer Dean, marking a milestone in their lifelong friendship and professional careers.
“Seventeen years ago, we embarked on our careers in dental hygiene, driven by a shared passion for helping people look and feel their best,” the pair shared. “Last year, our dream of owning a business together became a reality when we opened Brow Sugar. Transitioning from dental hygiene to the beauty industry was a natural progression for us, as it allowed us to continue serving our community in a meaningful way.”
“Our studio is more than just a business; it's a sanctuary for women to unwind, rejuvenate, and enhance their natural beauty,” they continued. “We believe that eyebrows are not just facial features — they frame the face and accentuate the eyes, playing a crucial role in one's overall appearance and self-image. For clients with permanent scars or stretch marks, our camouflage techniques offer a renewed sense of comfort and confidence.”
Brow Sugar’s mission is to empower individuals to embrace their unique beauty. It prioritizes self expression through expertise in permanent jewelry and piercings.
“The Ribbon Cutting ceremony symbolizes our deep-rooted commitment to our community,” Dean said. “We are not just a business; we are neighbors who believe in supporting and uplifting one another. We want to extend our services and expertise to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring they leave feeling beautiful.”
‘We invite you to join us as we embark on this new chapter and strengthen our ties with the community,” Bailey added. “We thank you for your support, and we look forward to welcoming you to our studio.”
