The Dripping Springs wedding community is once again inviting couples, wedding parties and families to discover what makes Dripping Springs the Wedding Capital of Texas.
On Sunday, Jan. 28, couples will have the chance to meet vendors and plan their wedding — all inperson at Distillers Hall, located at Dripping Springs Distilling, 5330 Bell Springs Road in Dripping Springs. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., couples and their wedding parties will have the chance to visit over 50 vendors. Attendees will also have the option to visit local wedding venues and lodging properties off site.
This Wedding Capital of Texas Winter Showcase is a twist on a traditional bridal extravaganza and hosts wedding industry vendors located in and around Dripping Springs, including nearby Driftwood. Check in at 30 tables at the showcase to be entered to win a free wedding gift.
For more information about the showcase or to RSVP, visit the Wedding Capital of Texas website at weddingcapitaloftexas.org. Only those who pre register will be eligible to enter the drawings for prizes and receive an event gift bag.
In 2015, The Texas House officially designated Dripping Springs as the Wedding Capital of Texas. Today, Wedding Capital of Texas is a program of the Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau in cooperation with the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce. The mission of the Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau is to promote tourism and serve as ambassadors to connect visitors and guests with the local community.
