The Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals organization donated $1,000 toward the building of Patriots' Hall of Dripping Springs. As part of the organization's commitment to the local community and honoring the local heroes who serve it.
The contribution reflects 'our belief in the importance of a place where our service men and women can come together to share and build lasting connections,' according to a press release from the Dripping Springs Elite.
“It’s more than a donation; it's a testament to our dedication to the town we call home and the people who make it great,” said DS Elite’s Charitable Giving Committee Chair Melissa Roberts, who is a Realty Austin agent.
They believe that the programs and services offered by Patriots' Hall are essential to our community’s well-being, and we’re proud to help sustain these efforts.
“It's through actions like these that we can show our gratitude and support for those who have dedicated themselves to service,” said Kristen Rummel, Realty Austin agent and Charitable Giving committee member.
Patriots’ Hall founding board members Kathryn Chandler and Dr. Mary Jane Hetrick accepted the gift on behalf of Patriots’ Hall.
“Thank you so much for helping us spread the word about Patriots’ Hall. Construction of the buildings on the 10 acres should be complete in May and we are planning for a grand open-ing in June once the construction is completed. There are so many things we want to offer. We are surveying the veterans and setting up a priority list. We look forward to having the community come see the facilities and sign up to volunteer,” Chandler stated.
