Dripping Springs High School’s battle in the volleyball wars with Lake Travis High School had little significance in the playoff picture, only pride. However, pride is enough when it comes to these two.
The battle was monumental as expected. In a game of close matches, Lake Travis would prevail 3-1. Lake Travis will again be district champions and Dripping Springs second. This matchup is expected to take place again at the regional finals level. Surprisingly, Austin High School was able to take the Lady Tigers to the limit in the 3-2 win.
