Speeding Springs classic cars opens in Drip

Speeding Springs, a purveyor of classic cars and Americana, will open its new showroom and event space next month.

Speeding Springs will host an open house on July 8, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., to announce its official opening in Dripping Springs. At 7100 Creek Road, the new 10,000 square foot showroom will display its current inventory of classic muscle cars, custom hotrods and historical race vehicles along with automotive memorabilia. Live music and special events are planned for the opening that includes firing up the original 1966 Longhorn Dragster, one of the first dragsters to go over 100 miles per hour.

Sibling owners Cole Salyards and Megan Salyards invite car enthusiasts who own vintage cars to bring them to the opening. Clubs and large groups are asked to RSVP at (909) 217-4171.
