Golf comes to an end

District 26-6A concluded their season with the district championships earlier this month.

The Dripping Springs High School boys team played their tourney at the Lost Pines course in Bastrop. The girls played theirs at the Avery Ranch course in Austin. Each was a 36-hole event. The Tigers placed eighth among the 12 teams entered. Meanwhile, the Lady Tigers finished seventh. Only the top three teams move on to regional.
