This is Higgins. Most of this handsome fella's life has been spent chained up in a backyard. He has never been given the chance to be a real dog with his own family to love. Higgins is a good boy and he is learning how the world is supposed to be for a pup. Due to his lack of socialization, a home without other dogs would be ideal for Higgins. He's a very sweet boy who was dealt a bad hand, but he still has time and a chance to have a proper life full of love, tennis balls and cuddles.
